Bank Millennium internet banking – finances within hand's reach

Bank Millennium has begun broadcasting a television commercial of internet banking for private Customers, which supports simple, fast and intuitive management of finances.

The Millenet internet banking system provides permanent access to the account in any place and at any time – with the bank within hand's reach one can immediately carry out financial transactions and enjoy the time saved. Apart from the availability of all key functionalities of a bank account, users of Millenet can e.g. get a Cash Loan entirely online, without the need to present any documents, or easily manage finances using Finance Manager – a system for analysing and controlling monthly income and expenses. Millenet also provides access to special promotional offers, such as Happy Hours or internet Term Deposit Auctions, which allow attractively priced term deposits to be set up. The Customer can create his own version of the Millenet home page – by changing the order of appearance of various panels, removing or adding them from the menu, and also deciding, which are to be rolled-down by default.

It is our goal to develop internet banking in such a way, that it becomes useful to the maximum possible extent for Customers. Thanks to numerous user tests we introduce precisely those options and functionalities, which they need – often available only in electronic channels. At the same time we are seeing unceasing growth of the volume of online transactions. Not just the basic ones, such as transfers of balance checks, but also more sophisticated ones, such as applying for credit products - Ricardo Campos, Director of the Electronic Banking Department in Bank Millennium said.

The Bank Millennium internet banking advertising campaign will feature a television commercial (on air starting from 28 March). The commercial shows that by using internet banking we can make various payments taking just a few moments and not getting distracted from day-to-day activities, taking advantage without restraint of the free time available, e.g. enjoying time at the dining table with family. The advertising effort also involves a BTL campaign in Bank Millennium branches. The creative side of the campaign was done by Change Integrated; Initiative Media media house handled media buying.
