The Supervisory Board acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Rui Manuel Teixeira from the position as Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A and the Member of the Management Board  due to personal reasons, effective as of 22 April 2010. The Supervisory Board expressed its gratitude to Mr. Rui Manuel Teixeira for his input in development of the Bank.
The Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Joao Bras Jorge, Member of the Board as Vice-Chairman of Bank Millennium.  Mr Bras Jorge has been in Bank Millennium since 2006, first as Head of Retail Bankng, Business and lately as Head of Corporate Banking Business.
Moreover, the Supervisory Board decided on increasing the number of the Management Board members from 7 to 8 members.. Management Board and appointed Mr. Andrzej Gliński and Mr. Antonio Pinto for posts of Management Board Members of the current term in office. Both newly appointed Management Board members are connected with Bank Millennium for several years.
Below the we present a professional career of Mr. Andrzej Gliński and Mr. Antonio Pinto.
Andrzej Gliński in 1994 finished Technical University in Poznań. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics - postgraduate studies in Banking and Finance. For over 10 years bounded with financial sector. During first years of his carrier he worked for Bank Handlowy in Warsaw S.A. -  on various positions in particular as Director of a  branch and Sales Director in the Asset Financing Department. During 2001-2004 he was the Vice-president of Handlowy Leasing SA. Since 2004  he works for Bank Millennium Group, initially as the  President of the Millennium Leasing Sp z o.o. and recently as the Head of  Bank Millennium Corporate Banking Area.
Antonio Pinto graduated from the Economics Faculty at Oporto University (1990).
In the same year, he started his professional carrer in Millennium Group, firstly integrating Corporate Finance area in Oporto and later Corporate Banking Marketing in Lisbon. 
He has been working in Bank Millennium Poland since September 2001, being responsible for Corporate Banking Marketing (till August 2003), Retail Banking Marketing (till February 2006), Project Office (till December 2006), Quality and Processes (till May 2009) and, more recently, for Operations Department.
