Results of subscription for A1-series bonds

Date of opening of subscription: 9 December 2002. Date of closing of subscription: 20 December 2002.
Date of allotment: 30.12.2002.
 
The subscription covered 5,500,000 (say: five million five hundred thousand) A1-series Bonds, including:
In the Subscription the following number of A1-series Bonds was subscribed for validly 3 410 050 (say: three million four hundred and ten thousand and fifty) including:
 

1. in Small Investors Tranche 600 820  (say: six hundred thousand eight hundred and twenty)  A1-series Bonds;
2. in Large Investors Tranche 849 250  (say: eight hundred forty nine thousand two hundred and fifty) A1-series Bonds;
3. in Targeted Tranche 1 959 980  (say: one million nine hundred fifty nine thousand nine hundred and eighty) A1-series Bonds.

 
In the Subscription for A1-series Bonds the Management Board of the Bank allotted 3.410.050  (say: three million four hundred and ten thousand and fifty) A1-series Bonds.
 
In the Subscription A1-series Bonds were allotted to 6 216  (say: six thousand two hundred and sixteen) persons, including:
 

1. in Small Investors Tranche 3 764 (say: three thousand seven hundred and sixty four)  persons;
2. in Large Investors Tranche 1 354  (say: one thousand three hundred and fifty four)  persons;
3. in Targeted Tranche 1 098  (say: one thousand and ninety eight)  persons.

The value of the subscription conducted for A1-series Bonds totalled PLN 324 326 021.15  (say: three hundred twenty four million three hundred twenty six thousand and twenty one and 15/100).
 
From 23 December 2002 to 10 January 2003, the Bank offers A2 series bonds of total nominal worth of PLN 130 million.
Bonds are available directly in Millennium and Millennium PRESTIGE branches of BIG Bank GDAŃSKI.
