Sale of liabilities of Mostostal Zabrze Holding

Mentioned above liabilities are resulting of the CR/6605/DOKS/19/02 guarantee carried out, according to the state to the 30th, Nov. 2005 (inclusive) took out with the whole: 6,276,544.75 zloty, in it:
- 4,018,313.99 zloty - capital;
- 1,998,117.76 zloty – accrued interest;
-            22.00 zloty - costs of summonses;
-     50,091.00 zloty - debt collector's costs;
-   110,000.00 zloty - court costs;
-   100,000.00 zloty - remained court and operating costs;
together with more distant calculated back interest than the 1st, Dec. 2005 to the day of the payment both possible more distant costs and payments.
 
Protecting the repayment of the liability is making m.in.:
1. mortgage up to the amount of 5.250.000,00 zloty on the fixed property in Zabrze, Wolność Rd 191-201, about the surface 5,184 sqm, map 4, plots: 795/58, 1582/60, 1562/59 in using with perpetual Mostostal Holding Zabrze S.A. in Zabrze and property of the building (office) making the separate fixed property, for which District Court in Zabrze - the Department of Land Registers is keeping records with Kw No. 7775;
2. own bill of exchange blank Mostostal Holding Zabrze S.A. with the declaration bill of exchange blank.
