New Global Sub-funds available from Millennium TFI
The broad range of global investment strategies available from Millennium TFI was recently expanded to include three sub-funds: Equities Global Sub-fund, Stable Growth Global Sub-fund and Alternative Strategies Global Sub-fund, which permit effective investing on international financial markets.
Global Sub-funds give an opportunity to tap the potential of international markets and to generate a possibly higher rate of return, irrespective of the current moods in Poland's economy. They are structured as a "fund of funds" i.e. they invest the money into participation units of other mutual funds.
Millennium Global Equities – the Subfund invests in a globally diversified portfolio of equity strategies of all most important markets of the world, from the US to Japan. The Subfund provides the opportunity to gain potentially high rates of return, however purchasing the units comes with increased investment risk.
Millennium Global Stable Growth – a Subfund, which invests in a globally diversified portfolio made up of bonds (more than 50% of the assets), shares (approx. 30% of the assets) and alternative instruments representing the world's most important markets. This strategy results in potentially less fluctuation of value of the Subfund's participation units, than in case of funds investing mainly in equities. However the risk of loss should be borne in mind.
Millennium Global Alternative Strategies - a Subfund, which invests in a globally diversified portfolio based on instruments, which are an alternative to shares and bonds, with little correlation with equity markets. The Subfund involves an appealing ratio between potential rates of return and risk.
Benefits of investing in Millennium Global Subfunds:
- Hedging FX risk – Customers invest in zloty and they do not have to fear the consequences of any changes of key FX rates,
- Reasonable amount of minimum deposit – only PLN 500,
- 50% reduction of handling fee when buying the participation units in Millenet,
- The subfunds are managed by experts with long-standing experience and excellent awareness of financial markets,
- Active allocation – an important part of the strategy of every subfund is the possibility to dynamically change portfolio structure by increasing or decreasing the share of individual instruments, as the manager sees fit.
Additionally, under the promotion, which remains valid till 31 December 2013, no handling (equalisation) fee is charged for conversion of participation units to standard registers of all Millennium FIO and Millennium SFIO registers. The promotion also applies to changes made through the Millenet online banking system.
