The new site that was launched is only the first step in the changes that are planned for this year; nevertheless this is the most visible change. In result the informational part was changed completely. Now users have the availability of new architecture and much friendlier navigation, which makes searching for products/services much easier, their layout being more logical and intuitive. Improvement and update of content and graphics made the website much more modern and user friendly. New functionalities were also introduced, such as: possibility of selecting the main page on the Bank Millennium site, checking status of an application that was sent to Bank, new mortgage calculator.
The transactional part was changed as well, as regards graphics. During 2010 further usability changes will be made and new functionalities will be added.
Customers will be benefiting from these changes on an everyday basis this year. For the purpose of finding out in an objective way if the new changes improved quality of website use, Bank Millennium, together with UseLab, will perform the first online usability testing in Poland. With this innovative process, Bank Millennium will be able to receive feedback from its users, while they navigate the site from their homes or offices.
