Konto Prestige World is free of charge for all Customers with monthly inflows to the account of at least PLN 10,000 (in the previous month or as average from last 3 months) who made at least one non-cash payment with the debit card. Irrespective of the above requirements the following are always free of charge:

• local transfers in PLN by internet, phone and in a branch,
• standard international transfers,
• SEPA transfers by internet, phone and in a branch,
• standing orders and direct debit,
• withdrawals from ATMs in Poland and abroad,
• issue and use of the debit card,
• Security Pack with the card: the Pack comprises 25 text notifications as well as “Card Protection” insurance, which includes: unauthorised card use insurance, insurance for robbery of cash withdrawn from an ATM or POS terminal, purchase insurance and lowest price guarantee.

Pakiet Bardzo Pomocny with Travel Documents and Concierge insurance

Holders of Konto Prestige World are offered Pakiet Bardzo Pomocny – 24/7 medical assistance and help of various home repair professionals. In case of sudden illness or injury holders of Pakiet can i.a. have a home visit of a doctor and nurse; in case of a home emergency – i.a. help of a plumber, electrician, locksmith, glazier as well as repair of home appliances, audio, video and computer hardware, and also help as regards IT hardware – i.a. repair of a smartphone, phone, tablet, purchase of a device in case of theft. Pakiet is free of charge during the first 12 months from the date of opening the account. Customers can have as many as 7 repairs in a year. All that is required is to contact the Alarm Centre.

Pakiet Bardzo Pomocny additionally comes with free Travel Documents and Concierge insurance, which provides effective help in case of losing documents abroad and has a very generous pack of concierge services.
