Another transaction by Millennium Leasing in the transport sector

Millennium Leasing is financing the purchase of new PolskiBus.com buses with total value of PLN 55 million.

In the middle of April 2014 Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o. delivered the last 3 out of 15 Van Hool Astromega buses, purchased by Souter Holdings Poland Sp. z o.o. The company owns the PolskiBus.com brand, which is developing an express bus service network between the largest cities of Poland. The transaction with Millennium Leasing covers financing of the purchase of altogether 35 buses, the total value being PLN 55 million. The contract was signed for 7 years, with delivery of the last buses, this time built by Plaxton Elitei, is scheduled for August 2014.

- Our business is growing at an impressive rate. We invest in new vehicles to increase the service frequency on existing lines: Berlin – Wrocław - Zakopane, Wrocław – Katowice, Wrocław - Kraków, Gdańsk – Wrocław - Praga, or Warszawa – Poznań and Warszawa - Katowice. The buses will also be operated on new lines. Soon we will be informing what new cities shall appear in our schedule – said Przemysław Szycher, Souter Holdings Poland Sp. z o.o. Board Member.

- PolskiBus.com buses are a regular feature of Polish roads. We are glad that Souter Holdings Poland selected us as their financial partner for this project. The lease financing we proposed turned out to be the optimum solution for Souter. This transaction is proof that Polish companies have excellent understanding of the benefits that leasing brings as well as the opportunities regarding financing of multi-stage and long-term projects – Marcin Balicki, Director of Millennium Leasing Sales Department said.
