BIG Bank GDAŃSKI SA Increase in the share capital.
The Management Board of BIG Bank GDAŃSKI S.A. (the "Bank") would like to announce that on 31 December 2001, the Bank received the decision on the registration on 31 December 2001 by the District Court for Warsaw, the 19th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, of an increase in the Bank's share capital up to 849,181,744 zlotys.
As a result of the increase in the share capital of the Bank, Banco Comerciale Portugues S.A. holds 42.78% of the share capital, whereas Eureko B.V. holds 14.99%.
The total number of votes attached to all issued shares after the registration of the increase in the Bank's share capital is 849.248.144.
