Bank Millennium Mobile Banking – fast and intuitive

Mobile Banking is the most convenient way to manage an account, permitting significant time savings as well as providing free and secure access to finances. The Bank Millennium Mobile Application ensures easy and intuitive navigation as well as availability of all the most important functions of a bank account, including:

• Checking account balance,
• Making transfers and bill payments,
• Setting up a term deposit,
• Getting credit products online,
• Control over loans, upcoming payments and card spending,
• Planning the monthly budget and saving with Finance Manager.

The Application also provides access to innovative functions that use specific features of mobile devices, such as the ability to scan and generate QR codes. The list of services available in the Mobile Application continues to grow. In December 2013 Bank Millennium became the first in Poland to launch the process of applying for a cash loan or credit card limit increase from the Mobile App level. The loan proceeds or raised spending limit are disbursed within minutes and the Customer does not have to present any documents. The service is available to selected regular Customers of Millennium. Earlier on Bank Millennium was also the first in Poland to release Finance Manager in the Mobile App. The Mobile Manager functionality helps Millennium Customers better manage their home budget. – In the coming weeks we will be releasing a Mobile App update, which will permit presenting loan data (history, schedule, details) and information about debit cards. In the longer run we plan to expand the credit range available in the mobile channel and to launch other innovative functions – says Ricardo Campos, Director of the Electronic Banking Department in Bank Millennium. 

The Mobile Application under the name of "Bank Millennium" can be downloaded free of charge for all the most popular mobile devices – the app is available for Android, iOS, Windows 8 as well as BlackBerry 10 operating systems. Apart from the Mobile Application access to Mobile Banking is possible with Millenet Mobile (https://m.bankmillennium.pl/).

The advertising campaign of Bank Millennium Mobile Banking will feature a television commercial (on air starting from 1 March), which in a humorous way demonstrates that mobile banking provides constant access to finances, regardless of time or place, in a simple and user friendly way. Part of the advertising effort is also a BTL campaign in Bank Millennium branches. The campaign creation came from Change Integrated agency, while media buying was handled by Initiative media house.
