Bank Millennium among winners of Golden Banker
In this year’s edition of the Golden Banker plebiscite Bank Millennium came up four times among the top three. The bank won in the “Personal Account” category, in which Konto 360° was seen to be the best account. Yet again it was deemed to be one of the safest banks in Poland. The bank also came up second in the “Mortgage Loan” category and was on the podium in the “Best Service Quality” category.
Awards in the Golden Banker were given for the eighth time already. The best accounts on the market were selected by comparing prices and functionalities of the accounts for various customer profiles. In the jury’s opinion Bank Millennium’s Konto 360° is the most versatile personal account on the market – it combines a good price, convenience and wide array of additional services.
For the second time now Golden Banker looked at security of electronic channels. This year particular emphasis was put on security of mobile banking. The following were checked, among other things: system availability, authentication and authorisation tools, confidentiality of the connection between the bank and the customer, process of registration of mobile device, logging on to the system, quality of passwords, education of customers as regards safe use of electronic banking as well as management of incident reports. Bank Millennium was considered to be one of the safest banks on the market. It was particularly recognised for security of encryption and configuration of HTTPS connection to electronic banking.
Winners in the “Mortgage Loan” category were selected in result of comparison of offerings for three customer types – single professional, childless couple buying a home on the secondary market and a small family buying a flat from a property developer. The offering of Bank Millennium was deemed to be one of the most cost-appealing in various scenarios.
Bank Millennium was also one of the top banks with highest quality of service. Organisers of the competition underscored that the Millennium brand is a quality in its own right; it stands for elevated standards of service and is a quality benchmark for the industry. It stood out in almost every dimension in the survey.
- The awards we won in Golden Banker give us much satisfaction. However we do not take part in competitions just for the awards. We like to test ourselves and want to know how others see us and how we compare with the competition. We are proud that Konto 360°, so appreciated by customers, was selected by the jury as the best one not only because it is cheapest, but due to its additional functions. We also put a lot of effort into assuring high quality of service, it is in our DNA. We are glad that we are appreciated, however what is of paramount importance is the satisfaction of customers who become the bank’s best ambassadors. The Golden Banker is organised by Puls Biznesu and the Bankier.pl website. The ranking looks at the level of banking service, quality of products, advertising and social media communication, social responsibility as well as innovations introduced by banks.
