Bank Millennium - second time in row top rated for custody services
Bank Millennium scored highest in Poland and was awarded the prestigious status "Top Rated" - both in domestic and foreign customer service - in the international ranking of best Banks offering custody services, published by the "Global Custodian Magazine" quarterly. Top rated place is a continuation of last year success, when for the first time Bank has been evaluated the best custody services Bank (results for 2004).
This status is particularly important because the top score of Bank Millennium was determined by customers who thus confirmed their satisfaction with the level of services offered by the Bank. According to Customers' opinion, the Bank has been appraised mainly for flexibility of the offer, efficient and professional service and good value-for-money.
Banks were assessed in areas of custody services, divided into categories, i.a. safekeeping of securities, settlement of transactions, reporting, processing of securities transactions or customer relationship management. Bank Millennium scored highest among remaining banks.
Global Custodian Magazine is a leading international magazine focusing on processing of transactions on global securities markets. Published five times a year by Asset International, the Global Custodian delivers valuable analyses and commentaries on latest news and events on international capital markets. The magazine is also recognised for its high editorial standard and the annual surveys measuring achievements and service delivery of custodian banks, brokerage companies, fund managers. The surveys have become a recognised benchmark for the industry over the years of publication, which began in 1989.
