Bank Millennium among top three "Newsweek Friendly Banks"

Bank Millennium has recently received two prestigious awards, which confirm the high quality of services provided to Customers.

Bank Millennium is among top three "Newsweek Friendly Banks", coming up as number three "Traditional Customer's Friendly Bank" and third "Best Internet Bank".
The bank's success came from the highest number of points awarded in the "Quality of Service" category and one of the highest scores for "Customer Acquisition and Retention" - two key categories in the ranking. Bank Millennium's jump to the third place has been the highest move among all the banks involved and comes from effective of one of the Bank's most important strategic objectives for 2011 - service quality improvement and increasing Customer satisfaction.
The authors of the ranking looked at service standards and quality in 24 largest Polish banks, which offer retail banking services.
The "Newsweek Friendly Bank" exercise relies on results of a Mystery Client survey, where specialised auditors from an independent research company pretend to be real Customers and evaluate i.e. Customer acquisition skills, quality of service, friendliness of procedures in each of the most important points of contact (branches, call centre, electronic banking).
Recently Bank Millennium was also awarded the 2011 Service Quality Crest. The Crest is awarded on the basis of feedback from customers, who express their opinion online at jakoscobslugi.pl.
