Watch out for scammers impersonating TeleMillennium helpline consultants or brokers promoting extremely profitable investments.
Please be cautious especially when:
- you are asked to download additional software, applications or to give login details to your bank account
- you are asked to give personal details (e.g. PESEL number, your payment card number or CVV2/CVC2 code) or to send a photo or scan of your ID card and payment card
- the adviser wants to carry out transactions or log in to the bank account on your behalf

Log in to your bank account only on Bank's website and while logging in keep in mind that the system never requires entering a full PESEL number or a full ID number - only two randomly selected characters.
