Current account overdraft (overdraft facility) are additional funds that you can use if your account balance reaches zero. Overdraft simply increases your available balance.
You can use the overdraft more than once - every amount deposited to your account renews the overdraft!
How does it work? It's easy:
If you have 5000 PLN of your own money on the current account and have an overdraft of 3000 PLN, you can spend 8000 PLN altogether.
You don't pay any interest if you use the overdraft for no more than any 7 days in a settlement month (APR 15,49%).
How can you increase your overdraft limit?
You can increase your overdraft limit by signing an amendment to your agreement. You can sign the amendment in the mobile app, in Millenet, by phone, or at a branch. Whether you can increase your limit online depends on your creditworthiness and the offer available to you.
To increase your limit and sign an amendment to the agreement in the mobile app, go to: Offer > Loans > Overdraft increase > Increase overdraft
To increase your limit and sign an amendment to the agreement in Millenet, go to: My Finances > Account > Click on the account with the overdraft > Apply for overdraft (under “Available limit”)
