AutoPay is a system of fast and automatic online and offline payments for journeys operated by Autopay Mobility sp z o.o. You can both enter and exit A1 motorway on the section Nowa Wieś-Rusocin and A4 on the section Katowice-Kraków by driving through any gate, even the ones collecting traditional fees.
When you approach, the system will recognize the license plates of your car and immediately open the gate for you.
Forget about cash and change, the toll will be charged automatically from your previously selected account.
Currently, the Autopay service includes A1 motorway on the section Nowa Wieś-Rusocin and Lesser Poland A4 motorway on the section Katowice-Kraków. The service is constantly developed. Soon you will be able to use other motorways as well.

You are registered and can use the service freely
The service is available in the latest version of Bank Millennium mobile app. To register for the service in the application menu, choose Additional services > Transport and then Motorways. Enter the registration number of the vehicle, select its category (eg passenger or truck) and the country of registration and the source of payment (card or account in Bank Millennium). At the end, all you have to do is accept the regulations and give consent.
If you already have an account in Autopay, when registering in Bank Millennium mobile app, make sure that both, the phone number registered in the Bank and the registration number of the vehicle are the same as those you already use in the Autopay service. The accounts will be synchronized. Therefore, the history of rides, transactions and corrections are visible in Bank Millennium mobile app.

To use the service, go to the specially marked gate on the motorway (A1 on the section Nowa Wieś-Rusocin, A4 on the section Katowice-Kraków - the service is being developed and soon the number of motorways will expand). The system should read the license plates and open the gate, similarly at the exit gate. The fee will be charged automatically from the pre-specified account, after the exit from the motorway toll.

Make sure that the registration process has been completed with a positive message about the car added, the vehicle registration plate is properly legible, or your Autopay account is not blocked.

If the entry took place through the AmberGo gate, and at the exit the barier was not lifted up, then in such a situation you need to use the standard gate and pay the fare traditionally.
If, for technical reasons, the motorway entry took place by default, by means of a ticket and a fee, the exit is only possible with an ordinary gate not marked AmberGo.

No. When the operator will not be able to collect the toll, your Autopay account will be blocked. Remember to provide funds on your account, so that the payment for travel can take place immediately after its completion.
The option to remove the vehicle is blocked until the motorway exit and payment. You can, however, change the source of payment (card number or account in Bank Millennium) during the ride.
