Closed deposits

A closed deposit is a convenient way to make a deposit on a customer's account. The customer puts the cash in a special safe envelope and fills-in the deposit receipt. Next:

  • he gives the envelope to a teller in a branch of Bank Millennium or
  • he puts it in a Bank Millennium night safe, available 7/24.
 

The cash is counted by an employee of the bank without the depositor having to be present. Then, next the money is posted to the bank account indicated in the deposit receipt.

You just need to have a business account with Bank Millennium and to sign an Agreement on the acceptance of closed deposits to be able to use the attractive service.

Car collection

Car collection is a service that enables customers to make cash deposits or withdrawals in their office. Counting cash collected at the customer's office, transporting it as well as preparing cash for withdrawal is performed by a company contracted by the Bank.

Car collection is done after the Customer has delivered a cash transport order. The order may be placed: at a branch of the Bank, via TeleMillennium and for cash deposits in the specified area* - also with the Bank's contractor.

* Warszawa, Poznań, Wrocław, Katowice, Gdańsk, Białystok, Olsztyn, Szczecin, Rzeszów and an area of approx. 20 kilometres around them.

  • the money deposited will be on your account no later than on the next working day by 10:00 a.m.

Automatic Identification of Incoming Payments

AIPP is a service permitting identification of mass payments on the basis of unique bank account numbers assigned by the Bank's customer to its payers. With this service, all the inflows to the account (deposits and incoming transfers) will be automatically assigned and booked in your company's financial accounting system. AIPP was created for companies that have many customers making payments frequently and want to effectively manage the entire process of receiving and registering receivables.

Benefits:

  • Reduce operational costs, incurred with the standard way of settling payments from your counterparties
  • Improve control over inflow of receivables by accurately identifying the payer and the amount
  • Increase convenience of settlements with counterparties who do not have a bank account
  • Get aggregate reports with all inflows to you account as of the previous working day (the aggregate report is available to persons using the Millenet internet banking system or the ESOBIG system)
  • Have access to electronic archives to reduce the volume of paper documents (the electronic archives keep documents from 3 months ago)

How to get the AIPP service?

You only need to have a business account with Bank Millennium and sign an Agreement on the provision of automatic identification of incoming payments to get the service.
