Funds deposited on accounts in the Bank, the total value of which funds does not exceed the equivalent of 100,000 EUR, irrespective of the number of accounts held in the Bank, are protected by Banking Guarantee Fund, in keeping with the Act of 10 June 2016 on Banking Guarantee Fund, system of protection of deposits and compulsory restructuring (Journal of Laws2016.996). Eligible for protection are deposits and receivables of entities indicated in art. 20 of the a/m Act.
Lokata Horyzont Zysku deposit is available for holders of PLN current accounts in branches and through Millenet and mobile app. The deposit is non-renewable. Minimum deposit amount is 1000 PLN. The condition for opening a deposit is transferring new funds. The interest rate on the deposit is 4,70% per annum for a period of 6 months, 4,20% per annum for 12 months and 3,50% per annum for 18 months. New funds are the difference between the amount of money accumulated in certain accounts, bills and deposits held in PLN at the bank that you have today and the amount of money in these products on the day of the balance examination, minus the funds used to open other Profit Horizon deposits after the day of the balance examination.
The greater this difference is, the larger the amount you can open a deposit for.
For the purpose of calculating new money the balances are added-up of funds accumulated on current accounts, technical accounts, savings accounts, savings term deposit accounts and structured deposits in PLN, the owner/co-owners of which are the same as of the account, which will source money for Lokata Horyzont Zysku deposit. Calculation of new money does not reflect funds accumulated on bridge deposits used for purchasing structured bonds in the Prestige segment and in Private Banking.
You can open the deposit in the mobile application, Millenet e-banking or any branch. When you open a Profit Horizon deposit, you will be informed whether you have new funds to open the deposit.
Yes, the deposit can be terminated at any time. In case of premature termination interest will not be paid.
