You will receive a new account offer from us in online banking system and we will contact you.
During the phone call, we will present the offer. We will arrange everything during one conversation.
The service is available to customers who meet the conditions of the Prestige and Prestige World account, i.e. who have assets in the Bank over 100 000 PLN or external, monthly inflows to your account for the amount of 10,000 PLN.
Personal Expert provides support in all matters related to the account including help with solving current issues, adjusting products to current needs or redirecting the case to another unit.
Support from Personal Expert does not involve any additional fees.
Personal Expert is an additional service channel, service in the branch is available for you all the time.
Remote Affluent Customer Service Team is based at the Bank's Head Office in Warsaw.
