Based on the result of your investment survey, your goal and investment horizon, we will match the best solution and issue a recommendation that you can use when buying a given product. Remember that our recommendation is only a guideline and you are free to make a different investment decision.
You can withdraw some or all of the accumulated funds at any time during the investment. It may be associated with possible handling fees according to the price list. Also, keep in mind that the value of a share may fluctuate from time to time. Withdrawal from the fund is performed as part of a separate Bank service - accepting and transmitting orders to sell financial instruments. Remember that investing in financial instruments carry the risk of losing at least part of the invested funds.

In the stage of selecting the participation units of a particular sub-fund, with the Customer’s replies in the Investment Questionnaire in mind, the Bank provides information each time, whether the sub-fund is consistent with his features, goals and needs. In case of inconsistency or incomplete consistency of the product with the Customer’s features, goals and needs, the Bank shall give relevant warning and will not recommend to the customer to buy the particular sub-fund. The investment advisory service (Advisory Service) is provided by the Bank using an automated IT system. The assessment of the suitability of Financial Instruments covered by the Advisory Service and the preparation of an Investment recommendation within the target group to which the Client belongs is carried out automatically, on the basis of algorithms the methodology of which has been developed by licensed employees of the Bank.
The involvement of employees of the Bank's Branches in the process of providing the Advisory Service takes place at the stage of conducting the Investment Questionnaire, concluding the Investment Advisory Agreement and submitting the investment recommendation.
The Bank provides technical support to Clients in the manner specified on the Bank's website https://www.bankmillennium.pl/o-banku/o-banku/mifid/oraz under the Helpline numbers 801 331 331 and (+48) 22 598 40 40, in particular via the hotline or personal contact with the Bank's employees.
Through the Investment Questionnaire presented to the Client, the Bank obtains information from the Client regarding his:
On the basis of the above information and the parameters of the goal specified by the client at the time of its creation, the Bank assesses the suitability of the Advisory Service as well as participation units and determines its target group, taking into account the individual situation of the Client.
The Client is obliged to update the parameters of the investment goal and the information provided in the Investment Questionnaire in the event of its change. The Bank verifies the validity of the information held by presenting the Client with an Investment Questionnaire to be filled-out at least once every two years.

Investing in funds involves risk of a loss as well as the obligation to pay handling fees and income tax. The Fund does not guarantee attainment of the investment goal or a specific investment result. The net value of funds’ assets is highly volatile due to the composition of the investment portfolio. In cases, in which the Fund’s Articles of Association provide for the possibility of investing more than 35% of a Subfund’s assets in securities - the issuer, surety or guarantor of these securities may only be the State Treasury, NBP, US government, European Central Bank or the European Investment Bank.
Investment Fund – is an entity with legal personality operating under the Act of 27 May 2004 on investment funds and management of alternative investment funds. An investment fund’s sole operation consists in investing monies collected publicly or privately in securities, money market instruments, and other property rights stipulated in the Act.
In return for payments into the fund investors receive participation units. Their number shows proportional share held by the investor in the investment fund assets. In specified time intervals the fund determines the value of participation units i.e. calculates „net value of fund's assets" assigned to a single participation unit. For this purpose, the fund determines the value of its investment portfolio and divides it by the number of participation units allocated to all participants. The value of participation unitmay change on each valuation day.
Prior to making an investment the information about funds should be read, including financial data and description of risk factors, which are contained in Prospectuses and in Key Information for Investors (KID), available together with the Funds’ fees table in Bank Millennium branches, in the offices of Millennium TFI as well as online at www.millenniumtfi.pl.
Conclusion by the customer of transactions involving financial instruments is the basis for consideration that the customer has read the terms and conditions of the transaction as well as the related risk and has accepted them.
Monies invested in investment funds are not protected by the Banking Guarantee Fund, in keeping with the Act of 10 June 2016 on Banking Guarantee Fund, system of protection of deposits and compulsory restructuring.
