New series of Bank Millennium S.A.'s bonds

The series offer the following yields:

• 12 - month bonds (Series B6M12)
  The real yield of bonds of series B6M12 may amount even up to 4,25% p.a., which if we include the expected tax relief corresponds to 5,24% on the term deposit.
   
• 2 - year bonds (Series B7M24)
  The real yield of bonds of series B6M12 may amount even up to 4,46% p.a., which if we include the expected tax relief corresponds to 6,25% on the term deposit.
   
• 3 - year bonds (Series B8M36)
  The real yield of bonds of series B8M36 may amount even up to 4,46% p.a., which - if we include the expected tax relief - corresponds to 6,25% on the term deposit.

The bonds are sold in the following tranches:

• In the Small Investor Tranche (for investors, who subscribe to not less than 50 Bonds)
• In the Large Investor Tranche (for investors, who subscribe to not less than 500 Bonds)
• In the Bonus Tranche (for investors, who subscribe to not less than 1,000 Bonds). 

Pursuant to the current law, the Bank shall facilitate earlier repurchase of the bonds under the conditions specified in the issue prospectus, which shall result in tax-free profit.
 
The bonds shall be available without subscription fees and the Bank offers to the Clients, who do not have an investment account, an account in Millennium Dom Maklerski, to be opened and maintained without additional fees.

 
Bonds are offered through the sales network of Millennium, Millennium PRESTIGE and Millennium Biznes, and are directly available at Millennium and Millennium PRESTIGE branches of Bank Millennium S.A. and Customer Service Points of Millennium Dom Maklerski S.A.
