Loan for purchase of ZA PUŁAWY SA shares - MilleKredyt Akcje in Bank Millennium

MilleKredyt Akcje is available to private customers who have or will open an investment account with Millennium Dom Maklerski and a personal account with Bank Millennium. Bank Millennium will fund purchase of up to 10 times the value of own participation of a Customer planning the purchase of ZA Puławy SA securities.
 
The interest rate as of the day of disbursement of the loan until 20 October 2005 included is 0%. During the interest-free period payment of all or part of the loan – after allocation of shares in result of reduction – is automatic (without the need for the Customer to give separate instructions). As of 21 October the interest rate shall be 5.75% (WIBOR 1M plus 1 percentage point) and interest will be accrued only on the actually utilised loan amount remaining after the payment.
 
Customers, who buy MilleKredyt Akcje and at the same time open an investment account or personal account, will not be charged fees for maintenance of the above-mentioned accounts. Minimum loan amount is PLN 20,000 and the preparation fee is only 0.2%. Loan term up to 12 months. The Loan for purchase of ZA Puławy S.A. securities is available in branches of Millennium and Bank Millennium PRESTIGE.
 
The decision to grant the loan is taken during one visit of the customer in a branch. The Bank also provides customer service with respect to handling subscriptions for shares of ZA Puławy SA. 
Loan principal is paid at the end of the loan term with funds accumulated on the Borrower's investment account. Interest on the loan is payable monthly. The loan may be repaid early – in part or in full.
