About the service

You can always use a temporary block when you are worry that your card is not secure, for example when you travel, go to a concert or when you leave it for a while in the locker room at the pool or gym.

Then you can easily block the card in the mobile app and simply unlock whenever you need to.

  • When the card is temporarily blocked, no one will use it (in a stationary shop, ATM, online or virtual wallets)
  • You can use the service repeatedly and at any time in the mobile app or Millenet
  • You can block any type of card: debit, credit, pre-paid, including main and additional cards

How does it work?

  1. Log in to the mobile app The graphic shows the card available in the mobile app. Select from the home screen your card and tap to go to the details.
  2. Switch on the card block The graphic shows confirmation of card blocking. You can confirm it with a single tap.
  3. Ready! The graphic shows what the selected card blocking looks like. Your card has been temporarily blocked. You can easily unlock it and use whenever you need to use it again.
