About the product

Within the basic scope of custody services the Bank offers maintenance of securities accounts, register of foreign financial instruments and associated bank account in PLN or convertible currencies as well as deposit accounts. Company accounts are used to maintain records of securities and other financial instruments both in paperless and physical form. In addition, the bank offers services linked to opening and maintenance of escrow accounts.

The Bank's Custody Department offers a comprehensive service involving storage of securities and settlements of transactions involving securities. Due to the Bank's participation in Central Deposits of Securities we support capital market investments both on domestic and foreign markets.

Stanisława Żaryna 2A (02-593 Warsaw, Poland), REGON number 001379728 and NIP number 5260212931, registered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIIIth Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000010186, with share capital PLN 1,213,116,777.00 fully paid up, in capacity of the statutory Liquidator of GANT Closed Investment Fund in liquidation, registered into the Register of investment funds kept by the Regional Court in Warsaw, VII Civil Registry Department, under the number RFi 357 (the "Fund") informs about the start of the tender, the subject of which is the sale of the Fund's assets. 1. On what basis does the Bank render custody services?

The Bank Millennium Custody Department renders custody services under licence granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (at present: the Polish Financial Supervision Authority) on 21.12.1995.
2. Who can take advantage of the bank's custody services?

Among the Customers of the Custody Department you will find respectable domestic and foreign financial institutions (global fiduciary banks, depositary banks for global certificates of deposits, investment banks, asset management institutions, insurance companies, collective investment institutions, investment funds) as well as legal and natural persons actively participating in capital and money market operations requiring efficient, comprehensive and individualised service.
