SMS Notifications about events on the account

About the service

SMS Notifications - a new service in Millenet for Companies, allowing notifications to be set up in the form of texts about following events on accounts:

  • Incoming and outgoing transfers
  • Transfer rejection
  • Transaction authorisation and credit card cash advance or debit card cash withdrawal
  • End of a term deposit
  • Standing order not executed
  • Successful and unsuccessful logon by myself or other users

The SMS Notification service will allow you to define:

  • Type of event, about which you want to be informed
  • Hours, during which the texts will be sent
  • Accounts, for which transfer information will be sent
  • Minimum amounts of transfers and card transactions, which will generate SMS Notifications.
  • Hours of monitoring system logons


Receiving notifications about logons of other users will require additional authorisation.

The texts will be sent to the mobile phone number defined in the user’s personal data as the contact phone.

There is a fee for texts informing about events and fee amounts are specified in Price Lists.

SMS notifications service


  • How to turn the notifications on?

    Use the option Settings -> SMS Notifications and define the following:

    • Types of notifications,
    • Accounts, for which the notifications will be active
    • Hours, during which the notifications will be active

  • To which phone number will the notifications be sent?

    The texts will be sent to the phone number defined in Your personal data as “Mobile Phone Number”.

    If you have not provided this number yet or it is out of date, you can change it with use of the Profile -> Personal Data option or Settings -> Users -> Edit. The other option can be used in your name by another person who is authorised to edit data of other users.

    After making the change, download and print the document Millenet User's personal data. Then sign it and deliver it to the Bank. The changes will become active only after the document has been authorised by the Bank.

  • Will I be able to get notifications about logons of other users?

    You need a special authorisation for that

  • Will I also be getting the texts overnight?

    With the proper settings of the “SMS Notification activity hours” you will decide yourself during what hours the text will be sent to you. E.g. if it will be from 06:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m., then notifications about events taking place after 06:00 p.m. will be sent to you at 06:00 a.m. next day.

  • Can I activate SMS Notifications about outgoing or incoming transfers for one account only?

    Yes. When defining notifications about transactions on an account you can either select all or only some accounts.

  • Will I be getting information about all logons of other users?

    When setting the “Time of event” parameter you yourself will choose the time brackets for the logons you want. If you want to be notified of logons outside your company’s working hours, define this parameter by selecting e.g. from 05:00 p.m. to 08:30 a.m.
