Confirming identity in Bank Millennium’s Internet banking system and mobile app
18.01.2023Bank Millennium provides the Millennium ID service for users of online banking and mobile application. The solution works on the basis of the mojeID service provided by Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa. The bank's customers gain the ability to easily and securely confirm their identity online both with commercial service providers and in public administration websites. Millennium ID also allows access to login and data transfer history.
Bank Millennium among the most climate-conscious companies
10.01.2023Bank Millennium received the title of “Climate-Conscious Company 2022" as part of the Climate Awareness Survey of Companies conducted on the basis of the content of reports for 2021. The Bank received 8.17 points and thus ranked 7th out of 152 companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Assistance to Ukrainian citizens and financial education as the main activities of the Bank Millennium Foundation in 2022
10.01.2023The Bank Millennium Foundation did not remain indifferent to the fate of its neighbours fleeing the war from across the eastern border. Organising help points, support in finding accommodation, looking for a job or places to stay for children from orphanages in Ukraine is a series of activities, which were undertaken last year by volunteers – employees of the bank. Educational activities under the Financial ABCs project were also continued. In total, representatives of Bank Millennium allocated nearly 2000 hours for pro bono activities in the last 12 months. The Foundation summarised its activities in 2022 in a report just published.

Rapid growth in photovoltaics investments
14.12.2022Energy independence is a slogan that in the era of high energy costs appears in the minds of entrepreneurs more and more often. To achieve this, Polish companies are increasingly investing in renewable energy sources, mainly photovoltaics, and are more and more willing to finance it with leasing. So far, Millennium Leasing has financed photovoltaic systems with a total value of nearly 360 mln PLN for over 3.3 thousand customers, recording an over 127% increase in the number of photovoltaic lease agreements since the beginning of 2021.

Bank Millennium in Gdańsk – a new opening. An eco-friendly office in the historic head office and an even more modern Financial Centre
12.12.2022On 12 December, Bank Millennium opened two modern, ecological offices in Gdańsk: at Targ Drzewny and at Grunwaldzka street. The latter location is also a Financial Centre key from the point of view of business, for individual clients, entrepreneurs and sole proprietors. The opening of the offices was also an opportunity to integrate employees from Gdańsk, who from now on will work in two rather than four different locations.
Bot Day at Bank Millennium – another busy day like every day
09.12.2022December 10 dozens of robots, bots and voicebots working at Bank Millennium are celebrating their holiday today. Bots talk to clients, and #MilleRoboty that have shouldered over a dozen processes have already completed more than 900,000 different types of cases. Robotic employees, often workaholics, verify data in external databases, register complaints, send texts, and have recently been automating operational processes such as posting on accounts or sending transfer confirmations.
