Winners were chosen from entries evaluated by a world-class panel of judges at Infosys. The editors of Global Finance were responsible for the final selection of all winners. Among others, effectiveness of digital client service strategy, increase in the number of clients using digital services, scope of the product offer or functionality of the website and mobile application were considered. The winners in the specific categories, i. a. Best Integrated Consumer Bank Site, were selected on the grounds of evaluation of relevant products and services.
