Digital clients log to Bank Millennium application 3 times more often than to Millenet. They do on average 5 transfers monthly. Moreover, they often check transaction history, they are also eager to use Blik payments and like wallet-free payments. They also use a wide range of additional services, such as payments for municipal and parking tickets, Autopay automatic motorway payments or purchases of TPL and tourist insurance.
- For the first million of clients - active digital channel users we worked 15 years and for the second million - only 3 years. We hope that another million will come soon. We are focussing on constant assurance of the best possible customer service and we are developing e-banking.
