Soon a million Konto 360°accounts in Bank Millennium

- For four years now Konto 360° has been the key account in the bank’s offering. Thanks to it our customer base is one of the fastest-growing in the sector. The growth rate of Konto 360° is very high and keeps growing. We can say the account has been a great success and it was very well received already at its launch, continuing to be extremely popular. This shows that the offering was so well prepared that four years down the road it continues to address market needs spot-on. This gives us particular satisfaction – Wojciech Rybak, Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium, said.

- The account’s success is also confirmed by results of the “Like it? Share it!” recommendation programme, where customers recommend Konto 360° and Konto 360° Student to their friends. During the one year of its first edition more than 200,000 satisfied customers were registered. It is also worth noting that although NPS* (Net Promoter Score - a measure of customer loyalty expressed by the likelihood of recommending the bank to family or friends) for the entire bank is very high at 51, with respect holders of Konto 360° it is even higher and reaches 58 – Przemysław Dukiel, Head of the Current Accounts Sub-unit in Bank Millennium, said.

Konto 360º is a modern account, where after meeting two simple requirements the most important fees are brought down to zero:

• PLN 0 for account maintenance,
• PLN 0 for the debit card,
• PLN 0 for withdrawals from all ATMs in Poland,
• PLN 0 for withdrawals from ATMs abroad.

It is enough if each month the total externally-sourced turnover on the account is at least PLN 1000 and at least one payment is made with the debit card or by BLIK. Additionally, irrespective of fulfilling the requirements, customers do not pay for standing orders, domestic online and mobile app PLN transfers as well as for transfers to an e-mail address or phone number.

The account is offered with assistance insurance, which is free of charge during 12 months from opening the account. In case of sudden illness or accidental injury the account holders can have a home visit of a nurse or doctor 24/7. In case of a household emergency – the assistance of a plumber or electrician as well as repair of home appliances, consumer electronics, computer hardware, smartphone and tablet or purchase of equipment in case of theft.
