Millennium mortgage offer again on podium!
First half of 2005 was record for Bank Millennium, taking into consideration the sales of mortgage products. Offer of Bank Millennium wins approvals successively, not only among the Clients, but also the independent financial advisors.
In the latest rank of Expander 1) firm issued in Gazeta Wyborcza 2), Bank Millennium has placed leading positions among 20 banks, taking:
- 1st place in the categories: The best bank for people who earn income under contract of mandate or performing a specified task and The best consolidation loan;
- 2nd place in category: Bank which lends highest amounts;
- 3rd place in the categories: The best bank for individual business activity and the best loan for DIY building of a house.
In the rank concerning interest rates, 22 banks have been appraised. Bank Millennium has reached good positions in the following categories:
- 2nd place: Mortgage in Swiss Francs, with loan amount 200 thds. PLN, for 80% LTV.
- 4th place: Mortgage in Swiss Francs, with loan amount 150 thds. PLN, for 100% LTV.
- 5th place: Mortgage in Polish Zloty, with loan amount 150 thds., for 100% LTV.
Simultaneously, we would like to correct an inaccurate information presented in the comment of the rank. It is not a truth, that "Millennium offers margin lower by 0,5 p.p. to everyone who decides to refinance mortgage". Our Bank carries out that kind of promotion, but it is valid only for Bank Millennium's Customers, who took advantage of products and services provided by our Bank except mortgage, before August 31st 2005.
