New Internet and mobile solutions for companies in Bank Millennium

Bank Millennium has launched "single sign on" functionality in Millenet for Companies and in the Mobile Application for Companies, which enables access to bank accounts and products of multiple companies with use of a single access code. This functionality was prepared i.a. to satisfy the needs of financial department staff who provide services to several companies in a group. Financial officers can now benefit from fast access to all accounts and related products, having to log on only once, with the possibility of customising system settings, e.g. by defining the accounts, which will be available together after logging on.

- We design changes in Internet and mobile banking for Corporate Customers with a view to the principle, that all functionalities must be highly useful for company staff. In corporations a number of people with varying needs and rights use the system every day: CEOs, CFOs or chief accountants. All the solutions and functionalities we introduce do account for this diversity – says Ricardo Campos, Director of the Electronic Banking Department in Bank Millennium. – People who are responsible for financial management in a business look particularly at convenient access to the system at any time and place. The Mobile Application for Companies permits logging on to all accounts under management and – in keeping with the granted rights – accepting transfers and other transactions or rejecting them and sending back with comments to the person who initiated the transaction – Ricardo Campos adds.

The Mobile Application for Companies is available in versions for mobile devices powered by Android, iOS and BlackBerry 10. The "single sign on" functionality has also been released in Mobile Applications for iOS and Android; its version for Blackberry 10 is also planned.

Bank Millennium has also introduced the new method of first log on and unlocking access to the Millenet for Companies Internet banking system – the password is sent to the user's mobile phone number. Moreover the Bank is completing work on launching a text-messaging system, particularly for people who are responsible for comprehensive financial management of companies. The possibility will be introduced of defining types of transactions and financial events, which would be reported to selected persons. The CFO or CEO will be able to get information from the system about transactions pending his approval or about upcoming important payments.
