More and more business clients in Bank Millennium
Bank Millennium exceeded the number of 150 thousand active micro business clients. Thus, it has significantly ahead of schedule achieved another key goal of its strategy for 2022-24 “Inspired by people". Previously, it had already announced that it had exceeded 3 million active retail clients and 90% of active digital clients.
The number of 150,000 active micro business clients was reached by the bank at the end of May, thus confirming a threefold increase in acquisition and improving indicators of positive recommendations among clients. The bank can boast that the number of active micro business clients has been changing much more dynamically in recent years. We achieved an increase of 50 thousand active clients three times faster than in previous years.
- Good results in the business segment are primarily the result of effective digitalisation of our offer and processes, aimed at acquiring newly opened companies, which are effectively supported by a team of remote Biznes Experts. We are glad that we not only attract clients, but also meet their high expectations by offering them modern and convenient digital solutions. The referral rate of corporate clients is one of the highest on the market and has doubled over the last 5 years to 44%. Over the last two years, Bank Millennium has significantly expanded the range of additional services to the Mój Biznes account. It focused on the most useful ones. Most of the solutions are available online and from the first day of the company's operation. Biznes clients can choose an accounting service, a payment terminal on their phone, the possibility of opening an online store or a payment gateway. People who just want to open a sole proprietorship can do so by filling out an application online or in the bank's mobile app. Active corporate clients can also benefit from a fully remote credit process, in which they can submit an application and sign a cash loan agreement in just a few minutes without additional financial documents. This solution has largely contributed to the 5-fold increase in the value of loans to entrepreneurs that the Bank has recorded in the last 5 years.
