New release of Millenet for Companies

The changes involved both the visual as well as functional side of the system. The key modification is the introduction of a new menu, which provides access to each function with no more than two clicks. Now the most often used functions of the system, i.e.: list of accounts, list of statements of account and domestic transfer, are all available with a single click – says Ricardo Campos, Director of the Electronic Banking Department in Bank Millennium.

Furthermore a series of improvements were made to allow Customers to have faster and simpler use of key functionalities: 

• Account search – on most of the screens a new way of selecting accounts has been introduced, which allows accounts to be found by number or name, as well as name of the company.
• New page for downloading statements of account – now the page for downloading statements shows information about the statement: statement number, name of account owner, turnover summary, initial and final balance. Also the possibility has been introduced of downloading multiple statements in PDF and MT940 format at the same time.
• Defining the order of accounts – every user can now decide about the order, in which accounts will appear in the system. A different order can be set up for domestic transfers, international transfers and the screen with list of accounts.
• Groups of accounts – Customers who have a higher number of accounts can divide them into groups of their choice, to facilitate sorting and searching for accounts on the lists.
• New list of deposits – the new list shows existing and finished deposits. Moreover an electronic version of deposit confirmation can be generated.

According to the "2013 Companies' Financial Monitor" survey, carried out by GfK Polonia, 92% of Polish entrepreneurs use Internet banking, with close to 60% of them emphasising its importance for the business in the next years (The data apply to companies with turnover in excess of PLN 5 million, operating in Poland. The survey was carried out during the 24 May – 15 July 2013 period on a nationwide sample of 1026 companies) . The survey results show clearly that the quality of solutions offered by Internet banking is highly important for companies. To most fully meet their needs, the revamped version of the Millenet for Companies has been designed on the basis of Customer opinion polls, their comments as well as an analysis of statistics of most often used functions. Implementation of the changes was moreover preceded by a number of user tests.  

In order to allow Customers to get used to the changes and to seamlessly migrate to the new system version we will have both the old and the new version available for use during the period of a few weeks.
