Open a business account online in Bank Millennium

Personal customers of Bank Millennium who have a business can now open a business account online via the Millenet internet banking system. To open the account only the NIP number is needed – the business data are downloaded automatically from the CEIDG database and the agreement is signed by the customer with an SMS password.

Introduction of the service is the first step towards implementation of Bank Millennium’s strategy to use electronic channels for supporting small business development. The service allows Mój Biznes account to be opened together with a debit card. The service is available to customers who have access to the Millenet for individuals internet banking system, who have a small company or are sole traders. After logging on to Millenet it is sufficient to select the option of opening a business account and enter the NIP number – the remaining business data will be provided automatically. The account shall be set up after signing the agreement with an SMS code and will be available immediately after the process has been completed. The customer can switch over automatically to the internet banking for companies system and move freely between the two systems without the need for additional logon. The entire process, just as all other processes in Bank Millennium’s electronic channels, has been designed in keeping with UX best practice.

Thanks to integration of the banking system with Centralna Ewidencja i Informacja o Działalności Gospodarczej (CEIDG - central business records and information) database most of the business’s data are entered in the banking system automatically. All the formalities the customer needs to take care of have been reduced to a minimum and opening the account takes but a moment.
