The number of Konto 360°accounts in Bank Millennium has already reached 200 000

We were creating Konto 360° with the customers’ daily needs in mind. Results confirm that the product met market expectations head-on and is the best-selling Millennium account. 200 000 accounts opened during less than a year is a planned result. - Przemysław Dukiel, Head of the Current Accounts Sub-unit in Bank Millennium says – The account is readily chosen by customers from all age groups, women and men alike. More than 20% of the accounts are opened by people under 26. Holders of this account are willing to use other opportunities offered by the Bank – the definite majority (94%) have a debit card with the account and use it actively.

Launched in May 2014, Konto 360º is a proposal for the whole family. Apart from the standard account there are also special versions tailored to the needs of young people - Konto 360º Junior for children aged 13-18 and Konto 360º Student for persons aged 18-26. Konto 360º allows money to be managed anywhere and anytime with fees reduced to zero:

• PLN 0 for account maintenance,

• PLN 0 for the debit card,

• PLN 0 for withdrawals from all ATMs in Poland,

• PLN 0 for withdrawals from ATMs abroad.

The above benefits are guaranteed if two conditions are satisfied together: in each month the sum of external inflows to the account is at least PLN 1000 and a minimum of 1 payment was made with the dedicated debit card. In case of Konto 360º Junior and Student a minimum of 1 debit card payment in a month is required. Additionally, irrespective of fulfilment of these requirements, customers pay PLN 0 for standing orders, PLN 0 for domestic online and mobile transfers in PLN and PLN 0 for e-mail or phone transfers.

Moreover Konto 360º offers free Pakiet Bardzo Pomocny insurance for even up to 12 months. The insurance provides medical assistance in case of sudden illness or bodily injury at home; technical assistance in an emergency i.a. the assistance of a plumber, electrician, locksmith, glazier or repair of electric and electronic home appliances, as well as IT support – e.g. smartphone, phone or tablet repair or purchase of a device in case of theft. As many as seven interventions in a year are possible.
