Good CSR practices of Bank Millennium in the Responsible Business Forum report

15 activities carried out by Bank Millennium for the benefit of society and the natural environment were highlighted in the report "Responsible Business in Poland 2018" prepared by the Responsible Business Forum.
The highlighted activities were addressed both to local communities ("Financial ABC"- financial education program for preschoolers, "Millantrop" - employee volunteering program, cultural education, supporting the development of innovation), customers (increasing the availability of financial services for people with disabilities, listening to the client's voice and making banking easier), employees ("Parents Say Yes” programme - introduction of improvements for working parents, "Millennium Active Zone" - promotion of sport among employees), and the natural environment.
The practice presented in the Responsible Business Forum report is only part of the activities carried out by Bank Millennium. The report also presents the priorities in the bank's social activities, which are: promoting employee volunteering, financial education of children and developing of “banking without barriers” approach.
The “Responsible Business in Poland” report is the only publication, which presents initiatives implemented by companies for the community and environment. Best practices presented in the report are grouped into 7 areas: organisational governance, human rights, labour practices, the environment, fair operating practices, consumer issues as well as community involvement and development.
