Change in the Bank Millennium Management Board

With effect from 24 April 2026, the Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium appointed Hugo Resende to the position of Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. He will replace António Pinto, who is leaving his position in Poland after eight years in order to continue his professional career at the Millennium bcp Capital Group in Portugal.

Hugo Resende has 19 years of experience in the banking sector. He started his professional career at Millennium bcp in Portugal, where he held managerial positions including strategy, marketing, retail network management, customer experience and the development of a culture of high organisational efficiency. Most recently, he worked as the General Manager Head of Marketing and Retail Network Support at Millennium bcp. He was a permanent member of the Bank's key committees.

Hugo Resende graduated in Economics and holds a Master's degree in Financial and Monetary Economics from the Lisbon School of Economics & Management. He also graduated from the AESE Business School management programme in Lisbon.

At the same time, I would like to thank António Pinto for his great commitment and significant, long-term contribution to the Bank's development, and I wish him success in his further professional career in the BCP Millennium Group – said Olga Grygier-Siddons, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium.

António Pinto has been associated with the Millennium Group since the early 90s. Since April 2018, he has been a Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. in Poland, and before that he held a number of key managerial positions in the Millennium Group in Poland and Portugal.

He started his professional career at Banco Português do Atlântico (1990), part of the Millennium bcp Group since 1994, gaining experience in retail and corporate banking through management positions in the areas of marketing and sales support. In the years 2001 - 2011 he worked at Bank Millennium S.A., as the head of the departments responsible for marketing, quality, processes and operations, and since April 2010 as a Member of the Management Board. Over the next 7 years, he held the position of Head of the Retail Banking Marketing Department at Millennium bcp in Portugal, and in the period July 2016 – May 2018 also a non-executive member of the Management Board of ActivoBank.

Antonio Pinto resigned from the position of Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium with effect from 24 April 2026, in connection with the intention to continue his professional path in another entity of the Millennium bcp Capital Group.

I would also like to thank him especially for his extraordinary ability to cooperate, care for teams and banking talents, as well as for the human, good, positive energy he shared with us every day. I welcome Hugo Resende to Poland and to the Millennium team.
