Bank Millennium in Flat for the Young programme
Bank Millennium commences sale of mortgage loans with subsidies from the Flat for the Young governmental programme.
Flat for the Young programme is addressed to persons aged up to 35 years, purchasing their first, new flat or house. The programme offers subsidies to the borrower's deposit in the total of 10% of the property price in case of childless persons and 15% for the persons with a child. Additionally, if within the first 5 years from the date of purchase of the property, the borrowers give birth to or adopt third or subsequent child, they will receive additional 5% support allocated to earlier loan repayment.

We want to facilitate the credit process for our Customers as much as possible – we accept a lot of different sources of income, we keep our Customers posted about the key stages of the credit process. Additionally, Clients who decide to actively use our services, will get 0,5% margin reduction as compared to our standard rates – says Agata Chrzanowska, Head of the Mortgage Loans Subunit at Bank Millennium.
The condition to receive subsidy within the programme is to take the loan in PLN, in the amount that accounts for at least 50% of the purchase price of the property, for the period of at least 15 years. The loan may be granted for flats up to 75 square m and single-family houses up to 100 square m, and in case of borrowers with at least three children - flats up to 85 square m and single-family houses up to 110 square m.
