Bank Millennium is the best bank in Poland for the third year in a row

In the "Newsweek's Friendly Bank" ranking, Bank Millennium turned out to be the undisputed winner, both in traditional banking and in remote channels. As the organizers emphasise, in the 24th edition of the ranking, an unprecedented thing happened, because never before has any bank won for the third time in a row in traditional banking. In this category, Bank Millennium overtook its main rivals by an even greater margin than a year ago, achieving a result close to 90 percent of the possible points. In the "Remote Banking" category, the Bank won for the fourth time in a row.

Bank Millennium also turned out to be the best in the Forbes "Bank for the Wealthy" ranking. In the ranking presented for the second time, it obtained 94.89% of the possible points

In the Forbes "Company-Friendly Bank" ranking, Bank Millennium moved up to second place compared to last year. The Bank was evaluated in four categories: website, hotline, form/e-mail and branch. As the organisers emphasise, Bank Millennium's result was lower than the leader of the ranking by only 0.29 percentage points.

About the rankings:

"Newsweek's Friendly Bank" is a ranking assessing the friendliness and quality of customer service in the largest banks in Poland, based on the mystery shopper method, in two categories: "Traditional Banking" and "Remote Banking".

The "Ranking of Banks for Affluents" checks which banks are the best at serving affluent customers. The quality of service was measured both in the hotline and in the branch, the auditors evaluated the first impressions, the analysis of needs (regarding savings and account), presentation of the offer, as well as the end of the visit and the overall impression.

"Company-Friendly Bank" is a ranking evaluating the quality of business customer service, prepared on the basis of the mystery shopper method. The ratings and emotions of a business customer were examined in four categories: website, hotline, form/email and branch.
