Bank Millennium is Service Quality Star 2026

Bank Millennium has once again been among the winners of the prestigious "Service Quality Star" title, awarded as part of a nationwide consumer satisfaction survey. The award goes to companies that, in the opinion of customers, offer the highest standards of service and build positive experiences at every stage of contact. The bank also received the 2015–2025 Star of the Decade award.
The award is granted as part of the Polish Service Quality Programme – a nationwide consumer satisfaction survey that comprehensively evaluates customer experience, the level of service and the willingness to recommend companies. Every year, the programme identifies the most customer-friendly brands and monitors changes in the quality of service in Poland. In this year's edition, customers once again appreciated Bank Millennium for the high competence of its employees, reliable service and the commitment of its consultants. Modern digital solutions have also gained special recognition – an intuitive mobile application, online services under development and an offer tailored to the changing needs of users.

The results of the 19th edition of the survey show that consumers today expect not only efficient processes and a competitive offer, but also empathy, commitment and fast and convenient service – especially in digital channels. Against this background, Bank Millennium has once again distinguished itself as an institution that effectively responds to growing expectations. It is constantly developing its product and service offering, both for individual and business customers, investing in digitalisation and simplification of processes. Bank Millennium's applications have been at the forefront of banking solutions for years, which is reflected in the high ratings of users.
The title of "Service Quality Star 2026" confirms that Bank Millennium's consistent actions in the field of service quality and innovation translate into high customer satisfaction. This is another significant distinction awarded to the institution recently. Bank Millennium also won the title of Golden Bank in the Golden Banker ranking, the "Bank with a Mission" distinction, and the status of the Institution of the Year in the MojeBankowanie.pl ranking. It was also among the best employers in Poland, winning the Top Employer Poland 2026 certificate.
