Bank Millennium integrates the Millenet Link service with other systems for small and medium companies

Millenet Link from Bank Millennium, which allows for a direct connection between an internet banking system and a company’s internal financial accounting system, has been integrated with two systems from Comarch SA - Comarch ERP Optima and Comarch ERP XL. From 1 July the bank’s business customers also have the opportunity to sign payment orders directly in their system with use of a qualified certificate.

The Millenet Link service, introduced by Bank Millennium in January 2018 and continuously developed ever since, enables direct connection between a company’s financial accounting system and the internet banking system, two-way data transfer as well as sending payment orders from the customer to the Bank Millennium. Orders sent from the business customer’s system are received directly by the internet banking system. In this way Millenet Link allows significant optimisation of processes in the company, elimination of mistakes, reduction of costs as well as improving the business safety level.

- Introduction of the Millenet service is another step, which results from pursuing the goal of offering to our customers solutions that are absolutely accurate, safe and making daily interaction with the bank easier. Every day companies are faced with a growing number of settlements and numerous operational issues, at the same time seeking solutions to optimise their work. The solution we are introducing goes beyond the bank’s systems and proceeds in exactly this direction. We do realise that there are many financial accounting systems on the market, this is why we are establishing relations with further producers to make sure Millenet Link is compatible with the biggest number of financial accounting and ERP systems. We are happy that Comarch have become our partner, thanks to which we can integrate Millenet Link with one of the most popular systems for small and medium companies – Andrzej Gliński - Member of the Bank Management Board Millennium, said.

– For many years we have been developing our IT systems to make sure they are as efficient as it gets when handling financial accounting processes, which are carried out by companies. Starting cooperation with Bank Millennium and integrating Comarch ERP systems with the Millenet Link service is an important step in expanding our offering. Thanks to the new functionality performing many tasks will be simpler and even more intuitive and financial and accounting staff will be able to use the time thus saved for other duties. From the level of the IT system they will send a transfer, check the account balance or import a history of transactions, without the need to logon to the banking system. I am confident that the integration of Comarch ERP systems and Millenet Link is a major step towards digitalisation of businesses Zbigniew Rymarczyk, Comarch VP and Director of the ERP sector.
