I would like to thank Marek for his commitment to the Company's affairs so far. His substantive knowledge and personal qualities made him a teacher, support and mentor for many years. - Almost twenty years of participation in the work of the Management Board of Millennium Leasing was an extremely intense, challenging and inspiring period for me. Dorota Kotelska, appointed on 1 February 2023, has been associated with the Bank Millennium Group for 23 years. Until now, she was the Director of the Risk Management Department. Dorota Kotelska is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Production Engineering. For over 23 years she has been dealing with credit risk in the Millennium Leasing, and for 20 years – she has held managerial positions in the area of credit risk management. She is the Deputy Chair of the Millennium Leasing Credit Committee and closely cooperates with relevant organisational units of the risk division of Bank Millennium S.A.

- Despite unfavourable external circumstances, such as rising interest rates, inflation and continued uncertainty in the economy, our challenge remains to maintain a balanced nature of growth: on the one hand, the acquisition of new customers, and on the other, to maintain the downward trend in the cost of risk. I am convinced that Dorota's competence and experience will allow us to achieve the expected goals in this area, and the structure of the Management Board, in which there is a place for the head of the Risk Management Department, properly reflects the importance of the risk area in the management of the Company – said Marcin Balicki, Chairman of the Management Board of Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o.
