Distribution of prizes in the grand finale of the lottery "With a Visa credit card at Bank Millennium"

The presentation of the main prize, the Audi Q4 e-tron electric car, ended the lottery "With a Visa credit card at Bank Millennium". Almost 14,000 customers took part in the campaign promoting this type of payment.

25-year-old Martyna from Szczecin can talk about luck and joy. Using her first credit card and making only thirty transactions during the promotional period, she won the main prize in the lottery "With a Visa credit card at Bank Millennium". She drove out of the showroom in an Audi Q4 e-tron electric car. The total value of the prize pool provided for in the lottery was 759,749 PLN. Other winners received TVs, robot vacuums, coffee makers, food processors, air purifiers and goodie gift eCards.

- We wanted to encourage customers to actively use credit cards. We noted with satisfaction that almost seven hundred thousand transactions were registered in the lottery. We are glad that such a small thing as card payment can turn into such a big and beautiful thing as a car. We hope that now card payments will stay with our customers forever – says Szymon Kuchciak, Head of the Payment Cards Sub-unit at Bank Millennium.

The lottery "With a Visa credit card at Bank Millennium" covered transactions made from 23 September 2022 to 5 January 2023 by individual customers with Visa credit cards issued by Bank Millennium. It was enough to register on the lottery website. Then, one transaction represented one lottery ticket. A total of 673,914 transactions were registered. The weekly prizes and the main prize were drawn by a lottery machine.

Bank Millennium provides a number of payment methods using cards, including those stored in smartphones and watches. Recently, the bank has made available favourable currency conversion on all cards. Each transaction will be settled at the rate of the payment organisations directly into PLN. Bank Millennium has also recently introduced modern authorisation of transactions using a fingerprint or face scan in the mobile app.
