Many actions are carried out at the initiative of the Employees themselves. These actions include collection of gifts for Child Care Homes, collection of pre-owned mobile phones or plastic bottle caps. Proceeds from sale of the collected items were used to support persons in the care of institutions cooperating with the Bank.

Employee volunteers

Employee volunteers form part of the „Nikifory" social project of Bank Millennium and "Wspólna Droga" Foundation, which aims to develop the artistic skills of intellectually disabled persons.

Bank volunteers support the Foundation in the project implementation and together with disabled persons participate in artistic workshops.
