Manage your payment card online

On your phone or computer you can change PIN and daily limits by yourself or block it the moment you lost it

Restrain your card or block it for a while

You can do it by yourself in Millenet and the mobile app - you don't have to call us or go to the branch.

  • When you restrain your card, it is permanent - no one will ever be able to use it again. How to do it
  • When you block the card, you can undo it. Block the card when you leave it in a cloakroom, and unlock it when you want to use it again. How to do it

Activate your card

You can activate a new card in Millenet and the mobile app. The card will be ready to use at once.

In Millenet

  1. In menu select My finance > Cards.
  2. Click Activate and set PIN for your card
  3. Confirm the operation (using an SMS P@ssword, or by Mobile Authorization in your app)


In the mobile app

  1. In menu select My finance > Cards
  2. Click Activate and set PIN for your card
  3. Confirm the operation using P@ssword 1.


Change PIN to your card

You can do it in Millenet and the mobile app. The new PIN will be active at once.

  1. Select in menu My finance > Cards
  2. Click Click Change PIN option next to the chosen card.
  3. Set a new PIN, enter it again and confirm.

The same way you can change card limits, so the maximum daily transaction amount. Click Change limits next to the chosen card.

Order a credit or pre-paid card


In Millenet you can apply for a credit card or order a pre-paid card. In menu go to Offer > Cards.
