With 3-D Secure card online payments are even safer
3-D Secure is an additional security of card internet transactions, for example in online stores. It protects your personal data and details of the transaction. Payments in stores marked with Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check logotypes, you confirm in mobile app or Millenet.
3-D Secure service is available in stores marked with the special logotypes. Keep in mind to have your phone with you, when you start a payment.
If you confirm payments with mobile authorisation, please log in to mobile app. If you use SMS Password, please log in to Millenet in a new browser tab.
If all details of your transaction are right, you can confirm the payment. In the mobile app you will do it with one tap. In Millenet you have to enter SMS Password.
When does a card payment require additional authorization?
Authorization is required for card payments with 3-D Secure at online stores marked with the Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check logos.
If you don't have access to electronic banking channels (KBE), come to our branch and sign an electronic banking agreement. Then download and activate the mobile app or log in on our website.
Yes, you can do so by logging into Millenet. However, approving notifications in the app is faster and easier.
Make sure you gave us your permission to send you notifications in the app:
1. In the app, go to Settings > App Settings > Notifications.
2. There, make sure you have notifications enabled.
If you are still not receiving notifications, make sure you are using a device with mobile authorization enabled.
You can also check in your phone's settings whether you agreed to receive notifications from our app. Give your permission to do so by changing your settings.
