Real estate insurance is a voluntary individual insurance in which insurance cover is provided by Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, which is the Insurer.

The insurance agreement is concluded by the Client with the Insurer through Bank Millennium SA with its registered office in Warsaw, which acts as an insurance agent and has the appropriate powers of attorney granted by the Insurer to perform agency activities on its behalf, and the employees through whom the agency activities are performed have appropriate authorisations issued by the agent in this regard. Bank Millennium SA, as an insurance agent, is entered in the Register of Insurance Agents under number RA 11162860/A (https://rpu.knf.gov.pl/) and performs agency activities for several insurers. Detailed information on the agent's activities required under the Insurance Distribution Act is set out in the Product Card.
