New – lease eBOK in Bank Millennium’s electronic banking
Bank Millennium has launched a platform in the Millenet internet system, which allows online management of lease contracts. Access to it is available to customers of Bank Millennium as well as Millennium Leasing. Thanks to the new solution customers of both companies can manage bank and lease products from the level of a single platform. This is one of the components of building an integrated digital financial platform in Bank Millennium for small and medium companies as well as for corporations.
- An integrated platform, which allows various financial products to be managed with it, is an important part of Bank Millennium Group’s digital services development strategy. Not all financial institutions offer such a service. We have been working on it for quite a long time therefore our business customers have access from the level of Millenet for Companies to transactional banking, loans, FX transactions, trade finance and now also leases. We plan to expand the Millenet internet system to include further business areas and in case of the lease module - more complex solutions such as broader insurance management or the possibility of ordering additional services – Andrzej Gliński, Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium, said.
The lease eBOK, which is available in Millenet, allows making payments, monitoring liabilities and formal support. Companies can use such functions as: list of contracts, contract schedules, list of invoices (settlement), invoice details (payment booking), presentation of insurance, electronic invoice management, additional fees and access to mailbox. The platform also allows setup of SMS messages informing about new invoices, approaching payment date and repayment delay. Common customers of both institutions can use the service to pay lease instalments/liabilities.
