New member of the Management Board

Mr. Francisco de Lacerda is 40 years old.  He graduated from business management department at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa in Lisbon, where he was an Assistant Professor in the years 1984-85.  In the years 1984-86, he was an analyst, consultant and director general at LOCAPOR (leasing) and UNICRE (credit card business).  In the years 1985-87 he was a director responsible for finances and capital market at CISF, a company rendering financial and investment services, and in the years 1987-90 - at an investment company Hispano Americano Sociedade de Investimentos S.A.  From 1991, he was associated with Banco Mello de Investimentos S.A. as a director, a managing director (1993-95), and then in the years 1995-2000 with Banco Mello S.A. as a managing director and from 1997 as the Vice President.  From 2000, a member of the Board of Banco Comercial Potugues S.A.  None of the activities conducted by Mr. Francisco de Lacerda is competitive to the business of BIG Bank GDAŃSKI S.A.
