Latest version of Bank Millennium’s mobile app with changes to make payments easier

The Bank has introduced a functionality in the mobile app to set-up and manage standing orders. Moreover the domestic transfer form has been changed and now it merges a standard transfer with a BLIK transfer to mobile, with the option to easily search the list of contacts to find recipients of either type of transfer.

In the latest version of Bank Millennium’s mobile app (version 4.27) customers can set-up a new standing order and manage existing ones – change transaction settings or delete them. There is a choice of many transfer frequencies: every 1, 2, 3 months or 1 year. Customers can also adjust it to their own needs, defining any number of months or days. Also available is the option of renewing unexecuted transfers. In this way if funds on the account are insufficient, the transfer may be attempted again during the next 10 days. Standing orders can also be set-up when sending a standard transfer.

App users will also be supported in payments management by the optimised upcoming payments functionality. Starting from now they can edit the payments, delete them or use the “Send now” option to send a transfer or an existing standing order payment ahead of its defined future date.

Thanks to expansion of the domestic transfer form also sending one-off transfers will be more convenient. The changes made allow a transfer to be sent to an account number and phone number with the same form. After opening the transfer form the customer can enter the number and the app will itself recognise whether it is a bank account or phone number. Moreover the recipient can be selected from one of two lists – recipients personally defined or from the phone book, where contacts who use the transfer to mobile service are identified by a BLIK icon.

The app v. 4.27 is now available for Android and iOS.
